    hi, i'm almost get the root, i can make b*f to execute /bin/bash but the /bin/bash still run as normal user and i don't have any clue why it won't spawn as root
    if this question is too specific, please give a hint in private, i need someone to discuss about this

    If you spawn a bin/bash you have access to look in root file ;) ... you don't need to spawn root shell , but you have permission for that
    Edit: this box permit to spawn root shell ;)

    Hi,

    I've got to the point where I am pwnsec user but I can't figure out how to read the /root directory. I found a b*f file but not sure what to do.
